Return Policy

Every FREESKY E-bike may be eligible for return or refund if the product meets FREESKY’s return conditions and receives prior approval from customer service. Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. After shipment, canceled or refused orders are subject to return-related shipping charges even if the original order included free shipping.

Note: All returns require prior authorization from FREESKY. Products returned without approval will not be accepted or refunded. FREESKY will provide a prepaid return shipping label after the return request is approved. All items must be returned in their original packaging. A $500 repackaging and handling fee will be charged if the original packaging is missing.

Return Eligible

Products eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be approved in advance by FREESKY customer service.
  • The customer must send product photos to service@freeskycycle.com for review before returning the item.
  • Electric bicycles must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
  • Returned items must be free of signs of wear, including stains, scratches, or usage marks.
  • Electric bicycles ridden for more than 20 kilometers (approximately 12.4 miles) are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions

Unboxed & Unused Bicycles:

  • Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund. Brand-new, unused, and unopened items qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee, but the buyer is responsible for $300 round-trip shipping and a 5% merchant processing fee.
  • Peak shopping season (October to December): Round-trip shipping cost increases to $400.
  • Between 15–30 days of receipt: Full refund, but the buyer is responsible for $300 round-trip shipping plus a 20% restocking fee based on the order amount.
  • Over 30 days of receipt: Returns are not accepted.

Opened But Unused Bicycles:

  • Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund. Brand-new and unused items qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee, but the buyer is responsible for $300 round-trip shipping and a 20% merchant processing fee.
  • Over 14 days of receipt: Returns are not accepted.

Used Bicycles:

  • Less than 30 days of receipt: Full refund, but the buyer is responsible for $300 round-trip shipping plus a restocking fee of up to 50% of the order amount.
  • Over 30 days of receipt: Returns are not accepted.

Return Not Covered

  • Returns sent without prior approval
  • Products with signs of wear, stains, scratches, or usage marks
  • Electric bicycles ridden for more than 20 kilometers (approximately 12.4 miles)
  • Returns submitted outside the allowed return window for the product condition
  • Accessories shipped and returned for non-quality-related reasons
  • Orders that have already been processed and sent to the warehouse for cancellation purposes

For minor defects that do not affect riding safety, such as peeled stickers or slight paint chips, customers may contact FREESKY support to request partial compensation instead of a full return. Compensation is determined case by case.

Return Shipping Fee

For cancellations or returns after shipment, the buyer is responsible for applicable shipping-related charges.

  • After shipment or refused delivery: Buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs, even if the original order included free shipping.
  • Standard bicycle return shipping: $300 round-trip shipping
  • Peak season bicycle return shipping (October to December): $400 round-trip shipping
  • Accessory order canceled after tracking number is generated: $20 shipping fee deducted
  • Delivery address change after shipment: $20 carrier fee

Order Cancellation

Before shipment:

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

Important:

If a tracking number has been assigned, even if the carrier status shows “Not Picked Up”, the item is considered shipped. Once an order is submitted to the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

Cancellation timeframe:

To cancel an order, customers must contact service@freeskycycle.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Exchanges

Model exchanges are available only for electric bicycles.

  • Contact the customer service team in advance.
  • Place an order for the target model.
  • Return the original order item.

All exchange requests are subject to this return policy and require prior email approval from customer service. Exchanged bicycles do not qualify for free shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Refund Process

The final refund amount may deduct applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, and credit card processing fees incurred from the original order.

Refunds for returned orders will only be approved after the warehouse has successfully received and inspected the returned package.

Once approved, customers will receive an email notification, and the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.

Please send product photos for review before requesting a return. Refused deliveries and returns made without prior approval will not be accepted. FREESKY is not responsible for shipping costs or losses incurred from unauthorized returns.

Scope of Application

This return policy applies only to products purchased from the official FREESKY website, www.freeskycycle.com.

For products purchased through third-party platforms or authorized dealers, such as Amazon or offline dealers, customers must refer to those sellers’ respective return and warranty policies.

Every Kingbull E-bike is eligible for return and refund within 15 days of receipt if the product meets the return conditions. Products can only be sent back after being informed and approved by email. No refund will be made if products are returned without approval. Kingbull will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a shipping label.

Note: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and you must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Eligible

To begin a return or exchange process, the following must apply:

  • All returns and refunds must be made within 15 days of receipt of the bike.
  • All bikes over 10 miles in total mileage cannot be refunded.
  • All bikes must not have any wear, dirt, scratches, or any signs of use.
  • All bikes must be in the same packaging and condition as received.
  • All items originally included in the box must be returned, including the battery, charger, keys, hardware, and other included contents.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Not Covered

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Products from unauthorized dealers
  • Damage that is man-made
  • Special orders
  • Promotional items or gift cards
  • Giveaways or freebies
  • All accessories other than bikes

Minor scratches and paint chips are considered normal and may occur during shipping. Kingbull states that touch-up paint may be provided to help address these imperfections.

Return Shipping Fee

For returns or exchanges due to non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the following:

  • $150 return shipping fee per e-bike
  • $230 return shipping fee per bike for customers in the Hawaii area
  • 10% handling or processing fee, deducted from the refund

If the customer chooses to arrange the return shipment independently, Kingbull will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accidents during transit.

Order Cancellation

Before shipment:

Free of charge. Please contact Kingbull customer service.

After shipment:

To request an order cancellation after it has been shipped, the customer must pay a 10% processing fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping fee of $150 per e-bike, or $230 per e-bike for Hawaii. Kingbull will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment independently.

Order Modification

Before shipment:

Free of charge. Please contact customers@kingbullbike.com to continue the process.

After shipment:

No modifications can be made. If you prefer an exchange after the e-bike has been delivered, you must follow the return policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $150 per e-bike and may be charged up to a 10% restocking fee, withheld from the refund.

Return Covered

For product defects:

Kingbull will do its best to service you and provide tech support to fix simple issues. Kingbull will also provide the replacement parts necessary and cover the entire repair fee associated with the damages.

For shipping damages:

Kingbull will do its best to service you and provide all the parts necessary and cover the service costs.

Replacement and return:

Customers can refuse packages due to shipping damage that affects functionality, or contact customer service for other quality-related issues such as severely damaged products. Kingbull’s customer service team will help arrange free replacement and return. Serious damage means that the main structure of the product is deformed and affects the normal function of the product in any way.

To better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and/or videos are required as evidence.

Refunds

Once Kingbull’s warehouse has received the returned product and checked to confirm it meets the return conditions, Kingbull will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer’s original payment method.

Kingbull states that refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Important Return Conditions

  • Return shipping labels will be provided by Kingbull.
  • Customers must ship the return item within five (5) calendar days of receiving the return label.
  • Failure to dispatch the return shipment within this period will result in forfeiture of return eligibility.
  • Return shipping labels will be automatically canceled if the return shipment is not dispatched within the specified timeframe.
  • Customers must not use an expired or canceled return shipping label.
  • If a customer arranges return shipping independently with explicit approval from Kingbull customer service, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment.
  • For approved self-arranged return shipments, the customer must use a shipping service that includes signature confirmation, and additional shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

Attention

After 15 days, Kingbull will no longer accept returns or refunds, but warranty coverage may still apply under its warranty policy. Customers are encouraged to inspect the bike immediately upon receipt and contact customer service as soon as possible if there is a problem.

Every EUNORAU E-bike may be eligible for return or refund if the product meets EUNORAU’s return conditions and receives prior approval. Orders may be canceled before the product is shipped or produced for a full refund through the original payment method. Once the product has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Note: To prevent loss or damage during return, EUNORAU instructs customers not to reject a delivered e-bike. Customers should receive the package first, then contact EUNORAU by live chat, phone, or email so pickup can be arranged. Any remaining refund after deduction of applicable shipping costs will be returned to the original payment method.

Return Eligible

Products eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 calendar days after receipt.
  • The product must be in 100% new, re-sellable condition.
  • The merchandise must not be assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, or damaged in any way.
  • The return must include all original contents, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional materials, and original packaging.
  • The customer must initiate return shipment within 7 calendar days after the delivery date.

EUNORAU states it will complete inspection within 5 days after receipt of the returned product.

Return Not Covered

  • Products that have been assembled
  • Products that have been ridden, worn, used, abused, or damaged
  • Products not returned in original, complete condition
  • Returns shipped back without EUNORAU’s approval
  • Products damaged during return shipping

If the returned product is not in original condition according to EUNORAU’s policy, the refund will be refused.

Return Shipping Fee

For returns where the reason is attributable to the customer, EUNORAU states that shipping costs will be deducted before the remaining refund is issued.

  • Customer-caused return: Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to EUNORAU’s warehouse in the US, AU, EU, or UK.
  • EUNORAU-caused return: If the reason is attributable to EUNORAU, EUNORAU will refund the full paid amount.

Customer-attributable reasons include placing the wrong order, purchasing the wrong or unwanted product, shipping the product back without EUNORAU’s approval, or damaging the product during return shipping.

Return Covered

Reasons attributable to EUNORAU include the following:

  • EUNORAU shipped the incorrect product
  • The shipped product was damaged or defective
  • The product was damaged during outbound shipping

When the returned product is in original condition and the reason is attributable to EUNORAU, EUNORAU states that it will refund the full paid amount.

Order Cancellation

Before shipment or production:

Orders may be canceled for a full refund through the original payment route.

After shipment:

Orders cannot be canceled once the product has already been shipped. Customers should accept delivery first and then contact EUNORAU for return assistance rather than rejecting the package.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, EUNORAU will send an email confirming receipt of the returned item and notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. EUNORAU lists the refund progress time as 1–3 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, EUNORAU advises customers to:

  • Check the bank account again
  • Contact the credit card company, as posting may take time
  • Contact the bank, since processing time may still apply

Orders canceled before shipment may be canceled free of charge. Orders canceled or rejected after shipment are subject to a 20% processing fee. Velowave states that customers should not send back any package without approval, and unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Note: Velowave allows returns on eligible e-bike products within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, the e-bike must be in like-new condition, in the original packaging, include all original contents, and be under 10 miles on the odometer.

Return Eligible

Products eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be approved by Velowave customer service before the item is sent back.
  • The e-bike must be in like-new condition and free from dirt, dust, or fragrances.

  • Used products, batteries, special orders, sale items, and gifted orders, except in extreme cases of breakage or malfunction covered by warranty and only after approval
  • Minor damage to outer packaging
  • Minor scratches or paint loss on the product
  • Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use
  • Damage to parts or wearing parts after ordinary use over time

Velowave states that the normal cosmetic issues listed above do not qualify for free replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Fee

For e-bike returns within 14 days in new and unused condition, Velowave provides a refund with no restocking fee, but deducts a $240 shipping fee per item from the refund. The customer is also responsible for arranging and paying return shipping, which may vary by carrier. If the customer asks Velowave to provide a return label, an additional return shipping fee applies.

For used items returned within 14 days, Velowave charges a $200 per-item fee and a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price, both deducted from the refund. The customer is also responsible for arranging and paying return shipping.

For accessories and replacement parts, Velowave states that sent-out shipping and restocking charges will be deducted from the refund, and the customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping.

Order Cancellation

Before shipment:

Velowave will cancel the order free of charge, although it notes that it cannot guarantee the cancellation request will reach the shipping warehouse in time, so customers should notify Velowave as early as possible.

After shipment:

Free Replacement

  • If an item is missing, Velowave states it will resend the missing item or accessory for free.

Refund Process
